Stories issue A70

Hi there I am trying to create a story using my photos from gallery. I can create the selection of photos and name the story but it is not setting it to music or putting it into a video format, so it's just a collection of pictures with a name. Other stories have been created by the phone and they have music and can be played. Not sure why I can't create my own. Can you help? I have an A70 samsung.

Hope my visual representation helps, I have never made a story so I just had to mess around a and this is the only way I found on my A70.

That icon appears on the photo / camera album too but I don't keep photos for more than a few days so my camera album is empty, my photoshop album is where I edit pics in to wallpapers  editing vignette and such so the notification panel is easier to view even on lighter images
