Hello, I've been having issues on my Samsung galaxy A12 since July if I'm not mistaken. I'd lose signal, my wifi would turn off automatically, the airplane mode would turn on automatically, etc.. For some time I'd deal with this by manually turn on the wifi, turn off the phone, check the sim card, check my memory, clean stuff..However this issue became more and more unbearable and I lost all signal on the end of August. I tried reinstalling the system and later a hard reset, nothing worked..now I can't even turn the phone properly after the reset because I can't connect with the wifi.
Ps my sim card works fine in other devices, the phone is not even 2 years old but I don't have a way to return it.
What should I do? I can really use some advice.. Thanks c:

Take the phone to a Samsung Service Centre @Annie3110 for them to assess the phone.
If you don't have one local then contact Samsung to arrange to send the phone to them.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
