My phone lags in game when im not touching my screen.

I have the galaxy a32 5g I have a few bumps but nothing that would harm the phone ever since I have got it which was 4 years ago it would always lag when I wouldn't touch the screen even around I would say a week ago I factory reset it and still got the same problem I've tried everything even apps and tweaks but nothing seems to work any tips?

The A32 is 4 years old and a budget device; it's not remotely designed for gaming- and tbh may just struggle doing more than browsing- so a solution would be to upgrade if gaming is wanted. However, I understand that's not always possible—have you attempted to use Game Booster?

So I have been using that basically since I've been playing but I also want to clarify the only game it does it in is roblox.

If it's only Roblox, then that's your answer – some apps are more demanding than others. Roblox, being more of an open game platform, means it can sometimes have a load of objects loading and it's not super, well- Roblox's optimization is a mixed bag.
