Sound issue in Car

My phone galaxy A52s is connected via Bluetooth to my car, the sound from my my music app is fine and playing but not my phone even though my phone is connected, contacted samsung for help but were useless, said phone is not compatible even though been connected for 2 years ggrrr then said do the update , but ive seen so many complaints about this new update...any help appreciated. Thanks

Just do the update, ignore what you've read, it's only a minority, plus I expect some non Samsung users.

I've been using one UI 7 since the full roll out on my ZF6 with no issues, and really like the new look, plus it's fully customisable, you won't go wrong at all

Plus, just a quick question; when was your last security update

No I've seen to many comments and videos bout it and I'm not techi minded so ill leave it and maybe leave samsung thanks anyway
