Smart Switch Password Not Working After Reset

I reset my Galaxy A14 and when I tried to restore my data from my SD card it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I have ever only used one password for it. I updated the password using 2FA and it still says incorrect. What am I doing wrong 😕

Yes, I had the same problem can anyone help us I had tons of images and videos at my "back-up" and it always incorrect password?!?!
