Samsung has not updated this firmware and it is still the January security update.

Samsung when will this firmware be updated, this device is on a quarterly update and it is now 5 months since an update.

Get your act together Samsung and issue the update.

This lack of service from Samsung just shows their arrogance and total incompetence.

1. Who supplied the phone originally  ?

i.e

Samsung directly.

A Mobile Phone Network.

A reseller such as Amazon etc.

Imported from another country to use in yours ?

the device was purchased in the xfa region and samsung has not released any new updates to this firmware, however samsung has released updated firmware for the xfe region which is also in this domain.

Samsung has released the April update for the xfe region and still no update for the xfa region.

Eventually the xfa firmware arrived. Samsung remains useless
