I have the Samsung watch6 and have been using it to monitor my sleep patterns. In the past it's given detailed feedback, breaking my sleep down to Deep sleep, REM sleep, Restlessness, etc

The last few days the feedback has simply been the total amount of time I was asleep, with no detailed breakdown.

Has something changed? Do I need to adjust any settings? Or is there a glitch in the system?

I would really appreciate some help getting the detailed analysis back up and running.

Hi @LizJR  Welcome to the Samsung community :smiling-face:

I have encountered this issue ocassionally but not very often on a previous watch, sometimes glitches do occur.   Ensure that your fitting is corrrect, ie not too loose or too tight.  There can also be issues if  you do not open  the Samsung Health App on your phone at least once at day outwith of sleep times to help with syncing. Another idea is  look at Manual settings. to  go to connections-Modes- sleep  on your watch.  in Turn on manually setting, ensure set to until I turn it  off.

I would give it a bit of time bit if nothing helps would ne best to  to Reset watch., settings-General-Reset . https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003368/

Thanks you for the advice. Last night I had my watch on quite tight, thinking it might have been too loose the other 2 nights, so maybe I took it too far the other way 🤔
I usually open my health app each day, to see how my sleep was and also I'm keeping an eye on my steps.

I've not tried a reset on my watch, so I'll try that if it happens again tonight.
