Every 6 hours, I have to take 5 minutes to restart my phone because it disables sim connectivity. This only happened after it got an update, but I can't see how that should affect the phone.

Go to Settings

Select General management

Select Reset

Select Reset network settings

Check the on-screen information and tap Reset settings

Tap Reset

Or you could try reset APN settings

Also make sure sim isn't damaged, make sure there's nothing blocking sim card slot any dust or anything, let me know if any of that helps

I still have the same issue now after the latest update 6.1.1 in my S23 Ultra. Restart doesn't work. I have done network reset as well still evey 2-hour I have turn off on airplane mode.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

It does appear certain software updates have negativity affected network connection. 

Please send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App too.
