How do I turn off the shutter noise when taking a photo with my phone. I have tried to find the option in settings. I have found it there before and have turned it off but it seems to not be there now?

Or tap do not disturb? That would work too and save messing up the volume levels each time you want to take a snap

(System sound zero)
I like taking photos of the animals at the park, they get quite skittish with the shutter sound.
Edit: here's hoping call recording gets fixed.
