Sena bluetooth headset

Hi all, I have just brought a Sena bluetooth headset for my bike and am have trouble pairing it to my phone. When I scan for the device it doesn't find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you put it in pairing mode, used Sena headset for many years and never had an issue pairing them to Samsung phones.

Yes held the wheel down for 5 sec and heard the voice conformation

@footie: Have you checked if your headphones are compatible? The Galaxy A5 2017 features Bluetooth version 4.2, so it may be the case that the headphones are compatible with a higher version e.g. Bluetooth 5.0.

Switch your phone off and on again then try, maybe even check the Sena for an update, as long as the red/blue led is flashing on the Sena the Bluetooth should find it
