Do you mean when you've taken a screenshot and you can move the edges of that screenshot to capture what you want of the screen shot.

Or do you mean the actual clipboard in the Samsung Keyboard @rogerjowetta520f1  ?

Have you tired clearing up i.e deleting what's already in your clipboard to free up room.

The clipboard only holds so much information.
