scrolling/touch issues Galaxy A41

Hello, 

my problem is that scrolling does not work 1 out of 20 times.  As well as some touch issues i.e. not responding if icon/link is touched.

The phone is recognising my finger(developer options) but the communication to the app(in this case galaxy store) seems to be the problem.

How can I find out what the problem is?

Ok.

I am doing it wrong...

I think I am not allowed to hold that long for scrolling.

touch issues:

I think I move my fingers to much while trying to hit an icon. E.g. while hitting an icon moving to much upwards dy~-28Pixel. Which the phone interprets as a gesture (start fade to app-screen). 

This is my first new phone since Moto G(1st generation) I guess I need a bit more time getting used to a new phone.

If anybody knows any settings I could change to enhance my experience please let me know.
