Screen recorder

There is no screen recorder on my Samsung a20e, please help

Check your phones upto date by going into settings, software update, download and install

Its is fully updated, last updated was the 3rd May and it doesnt show I am requiring an update

@KMHH1976: Can you try swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel. Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Edit Buttons, and check to see if Screen Recorder is in the Available Buttons section at the top of the screen. If it is, drag and drop it to your preferred spot in the Quick Panel. If you still can't see it, try swiping left when you access the Quick Panel, as there are additional pages of options that may house the Screen Recorder feature.

Bi Andrew tried what you advised, but the quick panel does not swipe left, tried enlarging the quick panel also and still not available
