I put a sim card from England for 4g and the Samsung members changed to previous version 2021 and the galaxy store aswell

can you give more details? what model of phone, what do you mean by "Samsung members changed to previous version 2021" sounds a bit like a factory reset but am not very sure about anything (yet)

I have a71 and the phone I bought it from Cyprus and I bought a sim card from UK and when I put it my samsung members went to previous version like before I had the notice of android 12 4.0,4.1 update list and now I am back to here I don't know what happened with it
