Phone Has just done a unexpected restart

As soon as phone restarts.

I log into Samsung members and send data 

Just done a system cache clean which I already did after April updates

Yes it is . I left my phone for a hafe hour or so phone was cold . I checked Instagram and YouTube studio for notifications , closed both apps put the phone back down , and it restarted. Bearing in mind I always have Instagram on restrict mode I turned Instagram on optimize yesterday morning prior to yesterday shutdown and restart hadn't happened since December

I've put Instagram back restrict battery in background
I've just got home after been out for 2 hours and not used my phone

This has just happened again hasn't used phone in hafe hour
I had Instagram open and it's in restricted battery background
