Samsung galaxy Z Fold4 ASHA

The phone doesn't work correctly with my Signia Active hearing *****, sound messages come later or don't come at all?!? The manufacturer says that the ASHA protocol should be put on the phone, please write how to do it?

My phone - Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, Android 14, version One UI 6.1

@ls_serg: When you set up your hearing aids, did you do so via Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support? 

It isn't possible to add the ASHA protocol, however the Z Fold4 does feature hearing aid support, as per the above.

My Samsung Z Fold Fold 4 pen isn't working all of a sudden any suggestions please

I bought it one year ago via virgin contract upgrade,it came with no insurance or a case or one of these brilliant pens.Virgin told me to get through to Samsung for insurance .I bought the pen for £35&about £20 for a decent case.It wasn't until I got through to Samsung that I could have got the pen&case &a free Galaxy watch for free if I proved I bought the phone via Contract.Which I did proof it.Just bought insurance.oh I got the Galaxy Chrome Notebook free with it.Please any suggestions as to why when I go to use my pen nothing happens as usual.Oh it has just updated itself my Samsung did last night.
