Samsung galaxy a5 2017 phone signal low all the time with sim working fine in other phone

My samsung galaxy a5 2017 has always got low signal wherever I take it but the same sim card has high signal on my other phone please can someone give me a solution to this problem

two things...you can go to settings and find reset all network settings as this will reset the phone to its original network settings. i should be clear, do not factory reset your phone, just the option that says reset network settings. or you can download the Samsung band selection from the play store and select network bands to help boost your network speed....here is a screenshot of the app circled
