Samsung Galaxy A31 touch issue

Hlw Guys,

My Samsung Galaxy A31 has stopped working on landscape mode.

It's working properly on portrait mode and normal mode. But whenever I try to play any game or watch any YouTube videos it starts to have no response on the touch screen.

This incident happened recently after updating the new System Update

Plz Sir/Ma'am try to help us all having this type of problems.

I also have the exact issue on my samsung a31. Don't know if this is related with the multitouch problem long ago that still exist today. SAMSUNG PLS FIX THIS

This started happening at a random point in time for me, and I never even updated my Android 10 for a year.

I didn't even install any new Apps for half a year because of my OCD, so I think this was caused by an update from an App. This is probably why this gets fixed with a Factory Reset, only for the culprit App to get updated again and just screws input again.

I also tried finally updating to Android 11, only to find out that it's still happening. It's so weird, it only happens in Landscape mode BUT when you touch the same exact spot in Portrait mode it still works perfectly.
