Samsung Galaxy A31 multi touch issue

hi guys.i'm having problems in my A31 multi touch when i playing games like PUBG or COD Mobile or modern combat versus.when i put two finger on screen it's dont work and only one finger get move.i update my phone to the latest firmware and i try factory reset and try remove screen protector but my problem is still there.can any one help?thanks.

Guys it's really irritating, since this problem has been there for a while. And there doesn't seem to be any development towards this either, please do something about this

after 2 month and 2 update Samsung released i still have multi touch problem.samsung doesn't fix this yet 😞

I dont know i bough an A31 literally 3 days ago and it has this freaking multi touch problem i cant play any games it does flick around and im messing up in so many games. Samsung can you just fix this problem ???

Hi I'm from Argentina and i bought 3 months ago an A31 and have the same issue. When i get touch lag on Codmobile I open the camera with the lockscreen button and close it rapidly, when it close and back in the game it starts to work fine again for a while. I think that maybe its a temperature issue. I hope samsung fix it quickly, if not I'll have to buy a Motorola 🤣😁
