Samsung Galaxy A31 multi touch issue

hi guys.i'm having problems in my A31 multi touch when i playing games like PUBG or COD Mobile or modern combat versus.when i put two finger on screen it's dont work and only one finger get move.i update my phone to the latest firmware and i try factory reset and try remove screen protector but my problem is still there.can any one help?thanks.

You can test the multi touch function of the display by calling *#*#4636#*#* on your keypad, it will open up some troubleshooting options, one of which asks you to touch the screen with all fingers and it will show you how many are being recognised and help you to identify if it really is a display issue, or an issue with an app or software issue.

thank you for your answer.multi touch works fine but in the games its not.i searched and this problem is in galaxy A70 too and they said its solved in new update from samsung.i think i have to wait for new update for my phone.thanks a lot

Used triggers ... Multitouch didn't work. The problem has been fixed.

I, too am experiencing multi touch issue. I was playing this popular game called Call of Duty Mobile when it suddenly changed my game gameplay sensitivity. At first I thought it was my in-game sensitivity that has changed... But later on I noticed that my other game had the same issue. Multi touch problem is indeed annoying. This phone (A31) have great specs and yet has multi touch issues.
