Samsung Galaxy A31 multi touch issue

hi guys.i'm having problems in my A31 multi touch when i playing games like PUBG or COD Mobile or modern combat versus.when i put two finger on screen it's dont work and only one finger get move.i update my phone to the latest firmware and i try factory reset and try remove screen protector but my problem is still there.can any one help?thanks.

I "might" have found a solution. Apparently there's a hidden touchscreen part firmware update menu that you can access, after I did this it kind of works but I have no idea if the bug will return sometime in the future. So if it's okay, help test it with me.

Open Phone app, dial *#2663#. A menu will automatically show up, tap TSP FW update (General) and let it finish. The problem instantly gets fixed, but I have no idea for how long.

UPDATE: Nevermind, started happening again a few days later. Doing the above just stops it from happening for a few minutes, but it comes back anyway because why wouldn't it.
