I restarted my Galaxy A23 and it did not reboot. Did all the usual DIY tests and nothing happened. Took it in to repair shop and the technician said I was the 10th person for the week. Apparently the latest update is causing Samsung Galaxy A23s all over Trinidad and Tobago to crash.

I have this problem as well. I did the update about 2 days ago and after restarting my phone yesterday it is not turning on at all. I have tried all solutions to no avail. Moreover, I am currently overseas at Japan so this is such a nuisance.

Hi,
I'm also the owner of an A23 that suddenly died when I restarted my phone the day after the update. No hard or soft reset buttons are working to power it on nor is any kind of charge. What can be done to compensate for this loss due to samsung actions?

I also have my phone absolutely crashing. NO response from holding power button down. No visual indicators that is comes on or is on. Did the update and within 24hrs my phone is just an ornament. This has been a major in convenience. How will this recall be managed and I hope for the inconvenience I'm reimbursed with a flagship. Come to think of it I only have the A23 because a similar thing happened with my A72!

So we are all complaining about the same issue and are being ignored by Samsung? We spent our money for defective devises? Something needs to be done about this issue because now I've got to spend money to get another phone and that's very unfair.

, I had to write a Csec exam too so I turned off my device and rested it in my bag, after the exam I went to turn on my device it didn't turn on, I left it on the charger, tried to enter the safe mode, even try to force boot and got nothing... So now many of my notes that were stored on my phone and weren't able to back up as yet are now all gone... Including my authkey/2fa login for certain sites, passwords, and more.

Is there a repair center in Tobago?
