Recently, maybe for a week or 2 my phone's system UI will randomly start bugging out. At first it was just when i was listening to music offline, but now its every few times after I lock my phone and try to unlock. The phone will randomly just not open, when it does open I can't use or see the navbar button and I can't slide down for the extra info/buttons. It usually unlocks after a minute, and the buttons become available after another minute. The phone will open sometimes and say the System UI isn't responding and asks me to wait or close it, 2 minutes doesn't seem long to wait but you can see how this may become an inconvenience.

How strange. Try a few things:
* Soft reboot
* Hold the volume down and power button until it restarts
Go to the Samsung Members app > Support > Diagnostics—okay?
* Clear cache partition
* Make sure your phone and apps are up to date
* Back up data via PC, factory reset, and restore data to the device
* Delete any apps you've recently downloaded since the issue started.
Finally, if all else fails, it may be time to reach out to Samsung for a repair, but this may not be worth the hassle and money. I personally suggest upgrading if it's within your budget.
Note: The A13 is a 3-year-old budget phone, so it's likely to be slow and may crash on apps it can't handle.
