Samsung galaxy a13 4g secure folder option missing

My new phone I bought a new phone and updated all the software but there is no secure folder option in the “Biometrics and Secure” option please solve my problem

Futhermore, my mother's phone is an A20 yet it has a secure folder

I have an a6 with a secure folder thinking ive made a mistake buying the a13 4g as it seems to have No secure folder!

I downloaded the secure folder app be it won't even open !

Why though?? Had the phone3 day thinking of returning it and going with apple if I'm gona have to pay $200-300 more just for a folder security. Atheist apple have better support than samsung

 all my reasons for buying new samsung was having secure folder .  i bought an A13 and what did i see??? Come on  if you dont update this phone to secure folder i will sell it and never come back to samsung and buy other brands having security for me !!!

Who told that?? A30  A20 and so many others have it !! Retired for what ? All new companies has added it recently for its neccessory !!!

Just recieved my galaxy A13 and unbelievably there is no secure folder. I had it on my old phone galzaxy A20e. Please update this
