When I call someone the other person won't be able to hear me unless I put them on speaker.

Is this happening everywhere you go or in a particular area and is this happening with all calls @Fraut75  ?

You can use the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App under GetHelp too.

A Samsung Service Centre can check out the phone.
