Samsung galaxy a13 4g secure folder option missing

My new phone I bought a new phone and updated all the software but there is no secure folder option in the “Biometrics and Secure” option please solve my problem

That's such a lie, my dad has had the A14, A22 5G, A54 5G and the A34 5G. They have all had secure folder on them.
