Samsung Galaxy A05 did not receive the update one ui 7

 Hello everyone, the question is why my Samsung Galaxy A05 phone does not receive the update to Android 15 and One ui 7, and the Samsung Galaxy A05s phone received its update, but mine did not receive the update, although the Galaxy A05s should have received the update in July and not in June, I can no longer wait every day, I check for an update, but it is not there, they do not release it, and although according to the schedule in the Samsung Members app, it should have already been released, but on the Galaxy A05s it should have been released in July, but it was released in June, why is this? I also want to know the exact month or date of the release of the update on my phone

There are a few factors. First, a global release doesn't mean you will get it that day—just when the rollout starts; it then releases in batches and can take time to reach all devices.

Secondly, go to Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider software version. What does it say? If that matches your region, then you're good. However, it's impossible to give you an exact date or time due to the factors above- but as long as your region is correct= you will get it

Sometimes, there are reasons for samsung to delay the update. Mainly to do with the phone chipset. Since it's a mediatek chip, samsung will have to work with mediatek to optimise the phone chip in order for it to function properly and run smoothly. It was like this with the A34 couple of weeks ago. So yh, its worth the wait.

I will say that in the UK with an Unlocked A05s that the oneUI7 update was received last week. I installed this myself for my family member.

Which region are you in ? And where did you buy the phone ?

 I live in Ukraine and bought it also in Ukraine after the purchase I received an update one ui 6.0 and the next day 6.1  and now only small updates of 200 MB are downloaded and sometimes it happens that 1-2 months go by without an update

I know that updates are sent regionally and in batches. As we have received in the UK then i would hope it should be with you very soon for OneUI7.

I got my update to A16 5G last week it was supposed to be updated in May. They are about 1 month behind. My guess is if you are in Europe you will probably get it within 1 week.

Those dates are wrong. A05s has already got it. A15, A16 and A25 got it in May. A24 just got it. Your phone will get it, but unfortunately along with the A06 and A14, yours is going to be one of the last to get it.
