Very surprised - have just received an email from Samsung welcoming me to my new Galaxy J3. Surprised because I have had the J3 for about 5 years and swapped it a week ago for an A12a and registered the A12 for warranty. Twice now in a week Samsung customer services has been poor.

It'll be an automated email so most likely a system glitch which can happen.

I use the Samsung email app.
You Go into Settings > Accounts and Back up > Manage Accounts > Add Account.
