I am connecting to my Smart TV via Smart View and using the Kanopy App to stream a video.
The stream works fine for about 10 minutes before my phone randomly restarts.
Any idea what could be causing this problem? Both TV and phone software are up to date.

I have same problem after last update.Today I did reset factory that samsung support said to me. I works fine last day. But today I opened a specific app and restart phone. So I uninstall that app I test it. If ok I will say

Yes it was official - I am now on Version A705FNXXU5CUA7 and have had no reboots since installing this update,

But since November update, I haven't received any new update from Samsung, will it be ok if I down this version which you've mentioned, and install.?

Hi everyone, my issue have been solved yesterday, as I have received new firmware upgrade from Samsung italia, a705fnxxu5cua7, and now everything is working as ever before.
