Samsung A50 incoming call no sound and no microphone

Hello. I have the Samsung A50 for almost two months. From times to times, when receiving a gsm phone call, even though I answer, I can’t hear anything and neither the caller doesn’t hear a thing. Has someone experienced the same issue with this? Thank you.

Perhaps this is due to the fact that the GSM signal is too weak. Which operator do you use?
It will be worse if it is a problem in the phone itself, namely in the GSM module

Yes I've been experiencing the same thing.ever since I updated last month I experienced same thing my phone use to answer every now n then it's been a month since I cant hear anything. No music, calls not even apps like insta, facebook or games or Spotify. NOTHING!!!
