My phone is sumsung A54 5g and k9 wireless microphone is not functional on my phone. So I need support it to be solved.

First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Please run the diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.
If not and the speakers are free of debris then let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

I have the same problem. But instead of getting solution here, I see that people are just making compliants without any Samsung agent responding. Why I'm I here?
