Can anyone help out . I got a pre-used Samsung A30s about a month ago,but whenever I try downloading some apps it keeps saying app not available in your country or region.

How do I fix this please.

There is a chance that the phone you got was from a different country, therefore alot of apps may not be available to you

I would got back to the seller and make sure that the phone is in the country you are. If not then I would get you money back

This is the issue with getting refurbed phones from online sources, we had had on here many many times

I meant ebay? Cex? Amazon?

Alot have posted previously buying phone from ebay or amazon. After getting the. finding them from other countries

Have you checked what region your phone is showing as set to.

Also check in your Playstore settings @Cecil85
