Hope someone can help because I have ran out of ideas. My mother has a Samsung a14 but is unable to do a screenshot with her fingers. All I want to do is be able to do a voice command screenshot. My dad has an s20fe and he can simply hold the side key and say "take a screen shot" and it does it through bixby. I don't seem to be able to get bixby on the phone at all.!
I have asked Google assistant to take a screenshot and all that does is take me to a websearch on how to do it with Google assistant. I have adjusted all the settings that I can possibly see and it still won't work. Is there an easy way this can be done. I don't want to use any 3rd party apps from the play store. Not user friendly at all.
Tia.

Hi @Members_lBmSgXC Is there a palm Swipe option on this model, go to Advanced Features,Motions and Gestures, palm Swipe to Capture if Available. General methods here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-take-a-screenshot-on-my-samsung-galaxy-de...
otherwise try Accessibility options, Settings-Accessibility-Interaction and Dexterity- Turn on Assistant Menu. A little icon will appear on the screen, clicking on it brings up options with the Screenshot being one of them.
