So because your phone has been rooted, you need to hide this from your banking app look into magisk, you can do this from there, you can find plenty of videos on this on YouTube

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Where did you buy your device from?

If it has been rooted by a previous owner, I wouldn't touch it and I certainly wouldn't use banking apps on it.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I bought it from a shop brand new. It was wrapped in the cellophane all boxed up. Thanks

Can't be rooted then if the shop is a genuine and trusted retailer.

Where the security seals pull tabs still intact on the retail box @Winniebooboo

The cellophane can be fitted nowadays by anyone.

I had issues recently when I ferried to download my banking app on my phone because it suspected another app called Microsoft Authenticator was a risk.

If the issue remains if you factory reset but don't not use your back up then I'd personally look at returning the phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
