after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.

How to fix this?

Don't sweat it!

That doesn't clear the prob.  I did it last nite and now the phone is having prob again.

You asked does it happen in safe mode.

When in normal mode a nd the prob occurs, I can power off/on and the prob clears for an hour or about that.

To get to safe mode I have to power off so I can't tell if the prob happens in safe mode

Same since updated on A14, samsung tried to say it was banking app so I deleted and still same issues. I think android 15 is incompatible with the A14...

I'm having the same issue. Couldn't unlock it to use card to pay for items. I wish I hadn't updated as it worked fine before

I just got a lengthy reply from Twitter telling me to do an 'error' report whenever this happens.... do these people think we've all got nothing better to do?

Same here. It's a shame an update breaks a well working phone.
