Samsung A14 5G touchscreen doesn't work anymore after update to One UI 7.0

after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore. 

How to fix this?

I have the same issue.  I have to swipe about fifty times before getting anywhere.  There is no update for this issue (it says I have the latest version).  I don't require a factory reset as it works fine once it gets going but this really needs sorting ASAP, it is absolutely frustrating.  More so when there no option to rollback the stupid update.

sane problem here but it comes and goes like sometimes when i close my phone and open it later it doesnt react anymore and sometime later when i try again it does

HI. Same issue here.. Samsung Galaxy A14. Since update to UI7.0 Sometimes when I unlock (using fingerprint scanning) the touch screen works, other times it does not. Unlocking by just turning on (no fingerprint check) sometimes touchscreen doesn't  start so unable to enter pin. Almost impossible to answer calls now, or, as I had recently, unable to hang up (even though it had worked when I started the call). Useless.

I am also experiencing the same problem. 

It all started after updating to UI 7. 

Did factory reset but to no avail. It worked for a short period of time but the lock screen problem came back again.

I had to update for UI 7 update, since then I'm having real difficulties swiping when on lock screen.

Can anyone help?

I'm not tech savvy so I'm hoping someone can help

Im having the same issue on my A14. i can get past the lock screen using fingerprint or facial lock but the screen is totally unresponsive. It works, then it doesnt, then it does then doesnt etc....

I'm so glad this isn't only me, yeah it's 50/50 if it'll work or not.
