I have a Samsung galaxy a 13 but I got a problem with new voicemail notification on my screen it won't go away I have reset the phone still not working

I would love to help you with this. Have you listened to all your voicemails already? If so, what happens if you press and hold the voicemail notification?

I haven't got any voicemail

I have exactly the same issue,tried turning phone off and back on..still there..trued clearing cache...still there...🤬
