Not sure exactly what you're saying your phone does. Though the a13 is an older model and the cheapest phone sold in the uk of its generation. So don't expect it to be fast or not get slower over time. It'll keep working, but it'll always be a budget device

@masterphone9 I am guessing but possibly meant to read "it hangs all the time", can you clarify?

However obviously you are not happy with your Device and as mentioned the A13 will not be very fast. Ensure all apps are up to date in the Galaxy and Google stores. You may be low on Memory if a number of Apps running in background.Try going to Device Care-Memory clean Now.

Clearing the cache partition can help with lags. Follow these steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. May need to Connect To  Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
