Samsung A10 not compatible with Galaxy wearable

Any reason the samsung galaxy A10 is not compatible with galaxy wearable? I bought a watch and I can't connect it to my phone. I have the latest updates on my phone.

Hello there. I just went on Google and for what I can see the A10 is definitely compatible with galaxy watches.

can you describe what's going on? does it not connect or does it not show up to connect too?
