I have done all the reset option down to the last option of restoring factory setting, yet bluetooth and wifi is not working on my samsung A10 .kindly assist with solution
A factory reset is the deepest troubleshooting step you can perform @Bluetooth problem so this sounds to be beyond what you can remedy.
Although do try Safe Mode please.
> Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
Also please do send your feedback via your Samsung Members App so this goes directly to the relevant Samsung Department.
You may need to book the phone in with a Samsung Service Centre.
