Hi Jackperi, welcome to the Samsung Community!
Is the problem also with a different charger and USB cable?
Considering that the phenomenon occurred after installing the new update, I recommend you to perform a system cache cleaning.
To clear the cache, follow these steps:
• Turn off your phone
• Connect the phone to your PC with the USB cable
• Press and hold the Power and Volume UP buttons
• As soon as the Samsung sign appears, release the power button
• When the blue screen appears, release the
• You will see a screen with multiple entries where you have to scroll with the volume keys until you highlight in blue the writing 'wipe cache partition'
• Confirm with the Power button
• Position yourself on 'yes'
• Confirm with the Power button
• Position yourself on 'reboot system now'
• Confirm with the Power button and wait for reboot
This procedure will not delete any personal data, the cache clearing operation is very useful in order to eliminate any obsolete cache files that could generate this type of inconvenience.
Let me know if things improve!
Have a nice day. 😊
