My samsung A12 will not charge i have checked charagers etc and all ports are clean, but comes up with a messsage advising that the temprature is too low, this has been happening since yessterday.
Hi, I had this problem with an S8. There is a component called a thermistor which determines the battery temperature to make sure it is safe to charge. As this is a hardware issue, it needs repair. I did find rebooting the phone cleared the problem for a while.
