@Jenni9: Which email app are you using e.g. the Yahoo app, Samsung Email, Gmail etc? Have you successfully added the account, but you're unable to send/receive emails, or are you experiencing a different issue? Please can you provide more information, including any notifications or errors you're encountering, so I can look into this further for you?
