My A71 updated yesterday, it is One UI 3.1 Android 11. I have two problems:
1. the themes are missing, there was also a themes option in developer mode that is missing. When I go to Apps - System Apps there is no mention of themes however all the colour options etc are there (eg. green, ocean, orchid) however the size for all is now 0.
2. accessibility cannot be accessed. It shows in the app list but crashes when I try to open it. I was not impacted by the chrome/webview crash situation the other day - unless this is a part of it? I always have Chrome & Google disabled. I don't have an option to uninstall webview updates.
I have cleared cache, etc. Is there anything I can do before I resort to resetting the phone?
