Hello, I have a problem with my Samsung, it is that I recently updated my phone to version IU 7, and the problem that I have been experiencing is that, as you can see in the video, the screen freezes, and the first time I missed the audio that I was listening to, it repeated itself but very quickly (loop like 1/2), I need to fix my phone soon, I hope someone helps me

I already did it, but sometimes the problem comes back.

@Edu007: What action are you attempting to perform in the video, as it looks as though you are pressing and holding the Volume Down and Side buttons together. When doing so for around 10 seconds, this will perform a soft reset on the device, however simply tapping the Side button will place the phone in a locked/idle state.
I can also see a line of pixels on the display? Is this a persistent fault, and has the phone been subjected to any physical damage?

Thank you for your observation. Yes, I am pressing and holding the Volume Down and Side buttons together for about 10 seconds to perform a soft reset, as the device was having functionality issues.
Regarding the line of pixels on the display, it is a persistent fault that I have noticed for some time. The phone has not suffered any physical damage or drops, so I’m not sure if it’s a hardware or software problem.
Could you please advise me on the next steps or if it’s recommended to take it to a service center?

But why? If nothing happened before updating it, don't you think it was a system issue?

Thank you for the information. I understand that the line is usually related to a hardware issue and has been persistent, so it’s better to have it checked. I also tried clearing the cache partition to fix the freezing, but it didn’t work. I will try a factory reset after backing up my data.
