Hi, I have just moved from a A32 phone to A36. To be honest it is worse than the 32. I wonder if anyone can tell me if there is a way I can search for another app whilst on another one. The a32 used to have the search emblem in the corner so you could have a few pages open and flick from one to the other. I can not seem to find a way of doing the same on the a36. You gave to close the pagebto open another. II would be grateful for amy advice. I'm not super techy (hence having the a3)
Many thanks.

Hi! @Goldie

To access apps, you either swipe up, or, if you use the "buttons," click the three lines to show open apps. I'm assuming this is the screen you mean?

To add a search bar to this, you have to download Good Lock. Go to Home Up > Task Changer > enable search bar.

*I'm going to attach an image to make sure we're thinking of the same thing.

By "worse" im assuming youre struggling to adapt to the software? As fact its a better phone1754612262469.jpg

Thank you so much. I will give this a try. I'm not impressed with the a36 at all.

Hi! On the A36, you can still switch between apps—just tap the Recent Apps button (the 3 lines at the bottom) to see all open apps and switch between them. You can also use split screen by tapping the app icon in Recent Apps and choosing “Open in split screen view.” Hope that helps!
