Hi there,
Has anyone else had issues with charging/fast charging since updating their Samsung A04?
I updated my A04 last week to the latest software. One UI version 6.0 Baseband version A047fXXU6DXA2
Now I cannot use a Fast Charger and normal charging is taking up to 8hrs. The phone is unusable like this.
Phone could charge to 100% in less than 2 hours before this.
I have done all the Samsung troubleshooting tips apart from Master data reset, which I don't think I should have to do, to try to resolve this.
Any advise would be appreciated.

Is one of the troubleshooting steps you've tried this @G_Kav
Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

i having the same issue after updating my a04 to one ui 6.1 now it showing fast charging but it showing 6h until full .
some it is showing 2h but it rarely happen.
I am frustrated please help me to resolve this problem.

Same issue. Since the software updates my A04 went from charging to 100% in 2 hours tops to 6+ hours now which is absolutely ridiculous and unusable. What the hell is this? I was reticent to do the updates for two years because I was afraid it would mess up with the phone but I wanted to trust Samsung as a company and finally rolled with it. And this is what we get for trusting you?
An issue like this from any respectable company would be fixed as soon as possible and here we are me and other folks here being ignored?
