My phones on the loudest volume but it's not loud enough for me when people call is there a way of making it louder without the need for headphones, thanks

If the phone's volume is on max with Dolby enabled where applicable, that would be the loudest it can go.

However, you could potentially look at changing the ringtone to a different audio, as that could sound louder depending on the audio file's sound settings.

To do this, head to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Ringtone, and from there, you will see different options.

Alternatively, using the + sign at the top, you could switch it to your own downloaded audio file.

Thanks, it's actually not the ringtone,it's trying to hear someone talking to me even using the loudspeaker it's too quiet

@arnieandflo: While a call is connected, press and hold the Volume Up button on the side of the phone to increase the overall call volume. This option is only available when a call is connected, and can't be adjusted in the settings.

Hi there 👋, have you checked if mute all sounds are turned off? You can do so by going to settings >accessibility > hearing enchantments and check if mute all sounds are toggled off, you can also check if media volume limit is off
