Phone number "+1PICKUPTHEPHONE" Keeps calling me

First it was "+666call" Now its that 

If i block them they come with another number etc. "+02DONTBLOCKME"

Only time they call is night. I have to put my phone to DnD every night.

I got a new number, and they are still calling me? If i call them back they say something but i cant quite make it out.

I have to agree with others on here, as phone is older is really easy to target the ones who no longer had any security protection or 4g etc so they people who's targeting you using software or devices.

Also, DTMF (Dual Tone Modulated requency) system allows for 16 variations, including specific A-D tones for military use. They are used to bypass civilian calls to allow military riority if the lines were congested. After the rotary system. Even if you block that number they can change it same number to whatever they like and you will get numerous of calls.

I suggest like others upgrade you phone as I've seen thing like that in forums when people get 28 digit numbers and letter calls from a scamers.

Its fixed, The Provider i was using got hacked.
