Phone keeps calling emergency services

My phone keeps ringing the emergency services when my phone is in my pocket. How can I stop this from happening?

Hi @Bazbaz Do you have Accidental Touch protection switched on? check Settings-Display-Accidental Touch Protection. You could also check that you do not any Smart Lock settings activated https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-smart-lock-and-how-do-i-use-it/
However if you find this is not reliable you can turn off SOS dialing as shown in the link above.

Yeah I've always had accidental touch turned on and it still dials the emergency services. I've tried the timer dialing emergency number thing, so hopefully that'll work

In addition to adding a countdown, also change the number to something random.

Turn off always on display and double tap to turn on screen. I did personally accidentally called 999 today few timws so had to take this action now to stop it
